This was an excellent home in the perfect location for my team. Accommodations were cozy, comforting, and clean. 10/10 would do again!

Mabel’s place is a must stay! The house is large and beautiful and looks exactly like the photos. The backyard has so much to do and plenty of seating to soak up the California sun. Mabel is super responsive and helped with any of the minor issues that popped up during our 3 month stay quickly and never made you feel like a bother.

Mabel is the best host! So responsive, helpful, and kind. We loved staying at her place so much we’ve already discussed booking again next year! Great home and backyard :)

Great place to stay

Had a great experience. Any bumps along the way Mabel was always there to answer any of my questions. I had a wonderful experience with my friends and family. The only thing I would suggest is the A/C to be a little cooler at night it would get a little hot especially on the top floor and trash bags so it can be easier to throw away the trash. But besides that it was a great experience it's a lovely home.

I booked this home for my fiancé’s 30th Birthday. We invited all family even our 3 month old baby was with us. I am going to be 100% honest about my experience staying at Mabels place. Pros- backyard was nice , the place looked like the pictures, big enough space for the 12 people invited. Pool was nice jacuzzi was nice . It was nice to celebrate . We had an issue with the pool I reached out and Mabel responded ASAP and it was later in the evening. Cons- the place wasn’t really as clean as I expected it to be . I’m a clean freak I always bring Clorox wipes and I had to wipe a few things down because it was dirty when I got there . The house is big and nice but a lot of things need to be replaced/ update. Bathrooms could have been cleaned better. I wasn’t a fan of Mabel “stopping by” randomly one morning to bring an extra umbrella for shade. In my opinion a host should stop by for check in or if I asked for something, but not random pop ups. You can only have 4 cars or get charged $250 . Unfortunately I tried to get as many of my 12 people to carpool I was surprised when some people didn’t come in the same car as planned. When Mabel stopped by she saw 2 extra cars not sure how she knew they were apart of my party since it’s a public street. I was charged a fine which is okay I broke the 4 car rule. I just didn’t like being accused of having more people in the house cause we had 6 cars. She reminded me to keep the noise down since her neighbors don’t want to feel like they live Next to a hotel. As loud as my family is we kept it low, however the neighbors were actually loud. Overall communication was great check In was easy . The house just needs to be cleaned better and better up keep . Definitely big enough backyard is nice!
